Square/Box stich lanyard - Part 1

Part 1. A demonstration on how to make a box/square stitch lanyard. You can buy these from internet stores but it is much more fun doing it yourself.

Rather than use tape to pinch the start loop, you can use one of the core strands to tie. It's more tidy and acurate plus hey...put to use right away. Thanks for the vid.

I am learning this in school AND I NEED HELP!!! I need STEP-BY-STEP instructions!!! It was very good but I think I need a little more help. Can you please make a video as simple as you can explaining it to me (sorry it is a little bit out of the way).
