President Obama, Jan 31 2009 laid to music

A personal challenge of mine, with these weekly radio addresses, is to create a backing track within a few hours. This track, for instance, was written within the space of 4 hours, from when I heard the speech until I finished editing. This is not an official Barack Obama, US Government, or Changedotgov work, and is not endorsed by any party in any way.

The music is entirely my own, but if this somehow violates some law please email me and I'll remove it. According to the original video its "public domain", and I'll not make money off this.
