This is a brief tour of the Murphy Auto Museum in Oxnard. This 33,000 square foot facility holds over 40 classic autos, a HUGE modular railroad (courtesy of the Gold Coast Modular Railroad Club), vintage clothing and other items that are definitely worth going out of your way for! These autos are in incredible condition! The museum is a non-profit foundation and welcomes donations to help maintain the facility. I highly recommend stopping by on a weekend...or better yet, coordinate a field trip for your kids' class as this is history on display!

  • Scott, I agree with you! I plain, white (or cement) floor would definitely be a better backdrop for these really neat cars. Oh well, this is a non-profit entity that has limited funds.
