In an attempt to prevent a meltdown of fuel rods at the Fukushima Dia-ichi nuclear power reactor No. 4, in Japan, the Tokyo Electric Power Company uses a cement pump to spray water into the building that was partly destroyed by a hydrogen gas explosion.
