I guess they mean no shopping carts in the cafe. I assume is so that the housekeeping crew or wheelchair customers can have mora access to the elevator.

I liked how Jingle Bell Rock came on as you were getting into the elevator. It would have made for a fun background to the video. Bummer your flashlight went kaput.
