omfg where the wild things are. i fell in love with the song when it was in the trailer && only just recently have i watched the movie. the movie is... so-so though the beginning makes me bawl so hard. you should watch it; it's soo adorable. but anyways 'wake up' by arcade fire is an amazing song. fur shure.

i finished this video months ago && after watching the movie came back && decided to render and upload. it's rather old, but i adore the song soo much that i wanted it on my channel.

i'm not too fond with the happyhappy beginning :P i've always pictured this song extreamly sad but somehow it turned out to be very happy. GAHHH!!! i guess i've just recently discovered my motives behind my sad/happy vid xD

0:42 - 0:45 are my favorite bits ;D EVERYONE LOOK UP!!!

Awww this is so cheery and happy, yet at the same time it is kinda sad, like an inner meaning that we all have to grow up but a part of us never wants to? I think that kinda came across in this video, I'm not sure if it's how you intended it but I kinda see the older charries looking back at their young selves almost? I dunno, whatever you intended I like the result :D hehe specially love the snow falling with Spirit and Esperanza, so...magical? ^^ <3

@raythegoth thank you ^^ not how i intended, but i can see where you got that from o: everyone seems to like the spirit x esperanza part when that was really just a 'filler' with easy chroma xD. but i'm quite pleased how that turned out!

This was uberly FANTASTIC and BEAUTIFUL <3! You have outdone yourself, once again ^^! The music is truly lovely, and fun to listen to. You approached it perfectly. You use of the layers was flawless! I loved the chroma keying/masking alot <3. I really loved 0:48 woth Spirit, his mum, and the herd are together. That was explicitelh gorgeous! I loved the subtle transparency there! This was perfect simple, yet has some effects here and there.. Simply unbelievable!
