Heemc0 has gained a recent interest in Parkour! That's "super-mega-awesome-great-hyper-ultra-dooper-ridiculous-party-time-yes" in Russian. In other words, it's like... Jumpin off of stuff & climin junk and doing flips & vaults and things. Kinda like applying the things you learn in gymnastics to real life! Yeah, this is not anything like that, though. Although it is pretty great, it isn't as intense as some of the more "advanced" Parkour. Enjoy it for what it's worth?

  • you guys are the best!!!!

  • I am by no means an expert on parkour, i am still learning, as is every other person who does it, I'm just trying to help you not get hurt and not look like idiots doing it.

  • 6) many of the landings and "vaults" were frightening, and I'm surprised you didn't hurt yourself doing them, you should start out smaller.

    7) I'm not trying to flame your video, trying to help you learn what parkour really is, and improve your movement so you don't get hurt.

    8) No, it is not illegal, unless it is specifically prohibited at the location.

  • 3) Really need to work on those rolls, they were pretty bad for the most part.

    4) flips and stuff is not parkour, that is freerunning, which is basically showy parkour.

    5) On the walls, particularly the one made of those rounded stone brick things, climbing step by step is not what should be done, those should have been wall-runned, with only a single step. Again Speed is important.

  • Uuummm... sorry but, I have to say a few things...

    1) Parkour is french, it is the art of movement quickly and efficiently. Quickly being a key word. If you are really interested in pursuing and learning it, you need to speed up a LOT. most of what I saw could have been done in a few seconds or less, and they took you way too long.

    2) a lot of what you actually did, particularly in the beginning, is not parkour. Climbing on something slowly, and then jumping off is not parkour.

  • lol.. i hate to say this but you are gay..

  • its all right keep working on it

  • shit

  • that very very sucks
