@FunknNasty Hmmm Ok. I am not too worried at the moment. I am going to guess its a combination between warm room, bad air flow due to bad cable managment and the fact my case really small and possibly not optimal fan setup.

Oh, hey man! been meaning to reply to your heating concerns. I wouldn't reseat the heatsink, it's probably fine. If the heatsink did have a seat issue I'd say your temps would be 10 to 20c higher.
