@GamerEddie058 It was a scam. Someone from Capcom went on /v/ (4chan) about a month before the cancellation, telling of the plans.

Im glad to say im not one of those people buying into their crap any more. I told the Senior VP of Capcom US directly, "Im not buying you games any more, im not buying them used and im not letting people get me your games as a gift until i feel you respect you consumers again" I haven't bought a Capcom game since TvC and im happy that was the last game i bought.

Do you know what we should do go to every retail store and get all capcom games and throw them on the floor and step on them and put it back on the shelfs so one one buys them at all then go to the company and break in and force the company to give us what we want

I remember when Capcom was a humble and more well-meaning game company. They made some of the best video game franchises the world has ever known. And back in the 80s and 90s, they did not dissapoint. But these days, they have sunken low and have lost half the respect of their loyal fanbase. And if this keeps up, they have a good chance of going out of buisness. The only thing we can do is just hope that Capcom wises up or somebody will take over and set things right. Its unlikely. But still.
