Let's Play Bunny Must Die [1] tough beginnings

Let's play a really cool indie game for the PC. Let's watch me die. A lot. Not so much here, but it's a coming, don't worry.

Special thanks goes to saber792 for not only finding a download link, but finding a translation of the first parts of this game. I'll add the translation in with annotations. The next two videos were recorded before knowing of this partial translation, so I'll probably speed through dialogue. If you can't read that fast, pause the video. It'll get better in a few videos.

I am not a support group, if it doesn't run, I can't help you. All I can say is that for the two message boxes that pop up, you want to answer yes to the first. The second is asking if you want to play full-screen.

You cant play it unless you are doing NOTHING else on your pc, else it fucks up your resolution on all screens...

@MarcyAMcOtt Yeah, pretty much every full-screen program will do that. No way around it. It has to adjust the resolution of that monitor to the game. The game does have a windowed mode, though...

Hmm, I didn't see you mention this so I guess I'll say it.

If you press the forward button at the exact right moment, you can "Parry" attacks. Kind of like in Street Fighter 3. I somehow accidentally stumbled upon this and found it useful in getting out of situations that keep me cornered.

Also, you can do this in the air, but it's slightly harder because you have to account for your falling time as well.

@kennyblah I don't think I mention it here, since at this point I had done it a few times, but still wasn't sure HOW I did it. I've since gotten quite good at it, but again, I don't think I mention it here.

what sucks is that it looks like you can get stuck at the very beginning of the game...if you go too far to the left, and not pick up that powerup...you're stuck...

@serertse There are any number of ways to move backwards without turning around. In fact, I've done a gearless run of the game (gears among other items I skipped)

Bunny's sure got a badass carbon copy of the Radiant Sword....who agrees with me that 2D gradiant sword slashes are awesome? :D

@fedexboxes19 'Cause it is, thought there is some English translation out there. Go to DrGodPant's(Naka's alternative) LP without Gears, Speed Sandals(Red shoes after Devil 1), or Spring Boots(Let you wall jump).

@jcmario643 If you have the Japanese translation, it's hard to tell if you even get the Golden Dust with the Time Power "Alternative", which you need to get Chelsea's thing. You probably didn't get that Power.

Naka, can you please help me? I beat Bunny Must Die and I didn't unlock Chelsea and the 7 Devils, it showed no ending, all it did was show a little bit of the ending and then cut off to the credits. Do I have to get a certain amount of items? Please help me!!!!!!!
