  • the "guys only" part is just to differentiate it from other vids. And are you calling me skinny? I guess it's in the eye of the beholder - I'm 5'11, 180 with a 31 inch waist. I've been bigger, but it's too difficult for me to maintain - I'm too busy to eat that damn much. 180 is a happy size for me, plus my size doesn't mean my workouts can't help other guys get bigger or stronger. I'm a trainer - I write programs every day. but thanks for watching!

  • @onmyhustle1 At 13 I don't generally recommend using external resistance (except for rare circumstances) - not because it'll stunt the growth plates or any of that nonsense, but because you generally don't need it. Work on the basic bodyweight exercises and strengthen your whole body before you even think about using external resistance. I know it can be frustrating to not have the physique you want...I was a skinny guy throughout high school and college.

  • I am 14 I am happy with my boddy except for :chest( i have manboobs) and abs, evrywhere else to me is AMAZING but i cant get rid of my boobs and cant get abs, I do workouts every night but no results what could i do?

  • @copsinmyhouse At 14 it's not normal to have manboobs...unless you just have too much fat, which is probably the case rather than a hormone imbalance. Clean up your diet and go with workouts that will strengthen your base. i wouldn't have a 14-year old do much beyond working on the basics because your body is still developing and that's all you need.

    Clean up the diet - lots of fruits and vegetables, nuts and lean protein and cut out the processed junk. 9 times out of 10 that fixes it.

  • @TehJumba It depends on what your current fitness level is. For instance, just because you "just started working out" may mean different things. Having said that, there are some more "advanced" exercises in this workout like the Pike Press with your feet on a bench and if you can't do that, substitute it out by placing your feet on the floor or doing a different type of push-up.

  • This is a good routine. Try doing 3 reps..you'll be burnt..

  • @copsinmyhouse Yeah, and also take care of your eating habits get lots of Calcium and Vitamin D you will it will help you grow in the long run, it might give you an extra 2 inch to your height which is a good thing since I would still believe you will have a growth sprout soon.

  • @boytawa89 Anything not chemically altered/processed. Oh, wait... Guess you'll starve if you do that. Lots of protein to build up damaged tissue from working out, lots of fiber, and, of course, vegetables and fruits.
