Damn! that's scary.I just hope it wasn't lodged anywhere near its head.But they live that long. I totally wish turtles could communicate with words . Just imagine the wealth of informations they could spit out argh.

@cannoir i heard about a really old turtle found in a lake a few years ago that had a bullet from the civil war in its shell. and it was still alive.

ermmm I think you where lied too. Unless it was and egg when they took it from the Galapagos then it is older than 185 years old. Adwaita was reputedly one of four brought by British seamen from the Seychelles Islands as gifts to Robert Clive of the British East India Company in the 18th century, and came to Calcutta Zoo in 1875.
