@archanachinthireddy : Hi, no need to cook on high flame, you might end up in over burnt chicken biryani if you use high flame. Medium flame means just put it between lowest and highest flame.

When you say medium setting . Did you cook the biryani on setting 5 for 40 mins? I saw your's is a electric stove as mine. So I just want to get right. Also no need to cook on high flame at all?

ive actually tried it... but had a prob with the rice (over kooked em just a stater in kooking).. but the taste wass awesome... by the way "shan " biryani masala ive tried is good..
