This was from our group presentation @ Utah Valley University's Positive Psychology class. Adapted b y Martin P. Seligman's book "Authentic Happiness" and my corresponding part was "Disputing with Yourself".

I decided to incorporate my kids into this as I wanted something more interactive, change it up a little...and only 7 days of filming, throughout the 3 day break, how many takes later??? Editing about 3 hrs. It was fun....for only how many min. of film??

Apologies as the rest of the credits to our class, teacher, University and especially the toast at the end when it is supposed to end with music to ....HEAR IS TO YOUR OPTIMISTIC FUTURE....TOAST!

P.S. The bloopers are hilarious....we were tired...and slap happy=) I love my children!!!
