actually, ibuki has an infinate in 3rd strike as well, but u have to do it in the corner when your opponent is dizzy, and u have to use her taunt (so yea, its almost impossible to do in a real match).

i think its mp > hp > taunt (jump over opponent) > wp > mk > dash to the other side > wp times 2 (while opponent still in air, so u have to walk while u hit the punches) > mp> hp> taunt (jump over opponent), then u just repeat.

The only infinite combo Ibuki has is standing close HK launcher, But only on 2nd impact. This is avoidable by taping left or right. It will be blocked or the first hit of the standing close HK will be parried.
