James Bulger House/Bulief.

James Bulger House Red Balloon Learner Centre is a registered charity raising funds to open a facility in Liverpool where bullied children that can no longer attend mainstream school can attend and be educated in safety.

BULIEF consists of 16 of merseysides most talented recording artists and entertainers.

The release of BULIEF'S cover version of'Heal The World', was aimed to be released as a small scale charity single, not only in rememberance of James but as a way to gain funding for JBH. Micheal Jackson had given permission for this single to be recorded early may before his sudden death.He was a close follower of the James Bulger case, sending mesages of condolance to Jame's mother Denise at the time of his abduction. Now the single not only represents a memory of James but now also to his favorite pop star.

This boy dies cos of irresponsible parent.. who takes there eyes off a child in a busy mall.. anything could have happened to that poor child..

People, never take your eye off your child, especially when your out..

However, If james Bulger was a black kid and these kids did the same to him, white people would say a fuss is made only as he is black etc..

Stephen Lawrence is mourned and white ppl moan about ppl mourning his loss.. murder is murder.. regardless of age, gender or colour..
