A CIA op will provoke another India/Pakistan conflict just like the Mumbai shootings. A suitcase nuke/dirty bomb will explode in India. The Taliban will claim to have access to nukes through Pakistan. India will say Pakistan cannot control the Taliban and invade. The same reason Obama said he would invade Pakistan. Obama will sign the Obama doctrine like the Bush doctrine. It will state that any nation with WMD capabilities can be invaded in order to stop "terrorists" from obtaining them.
