U.S. Cellular caused damage to my credit by illegally reporting a disputed credit card charge to a collection agency.

  • I think it is an unspoken agreement by big corporations to use any and every excuse they possibly can think of to suck the blood sweat and tears out of every human being that gets caught in their web. That's all it takes to make it big in this world 1) Don't play by the rules.

    2) Abolish feelings of sympathy for your fellow man. 3) Practice the art of ignorance so that you never come to grips with the cold destructive demon you become. Those three practices will make you a billionaire!!!

  • im with u! id raher have verizon or at&t or anything else than us cellular

  • We've had us cellular for 10 years and we have 4 lines with them we've had several mistakes with our bill but luckily they always fix them. Our December bill was $714.30. I renewed and switched to the believe premium plus plan and i got the Motorola electrify, i paid for it in the store but they charged it to the phone bill . They charged it twice so that was a total of 400 dollars that should not have been charged. US cellular is pretty good service but watch them they will get over on you.

  • hahaha, These people hate their customers, and will go out of their way to give you grief. That's why we outlawed monopolies at one time in this country. To protect the citizens from brain tumors like the telecom companies.

Take your brain tumor down to the local hospital . . . guess what? Same sick deal exists there. Yeah, medicine has the same Zionist attitude.

    Welcome to Palestine.

  • good job i went to belief plan last year my contract ended 7/11 i am floating now. for about 4 years i live in kc{out of covereage} i got unlimited text 1500 minutes and 5 g of data they shut down my data at what they called the 51 percent rule for roaming data. bad bad bad ... so i am switching tues and i droped one phone line already so mine is tues i paid 100 so far this month they will hav e to bite me no more money

  • US Cellular charged me for 2 months in advance when I signed up. At the very third week of use I could not make any calls and my friends who called me got a message saying "This phone is not in service" When I called to as to speak to a supervisor he was rude and would not refund the month they charged me in advance when I said I would cancel. Do not recommend their business practices

  • I think this got randomly blown out of proportion for no reason. Same thing happened to me when I had 600 text out of my 750 only half into the month. Showed the bill to a manager at the store... took the charge off in less than 15 seconds. Depends on who you talk to I guess...

  • Wow! US Cellular did the same thing to me when I switched carriers... never even thought to look at my terms and conditions. I'm glad the Tribune helped you bring down such an arrogant company in such a public way :) Good work!

  • Having once worked as a customer service rep for this company, I'm not at all surprised that they did this to you.

  • @dgetsla bravo!

(btw, remind me to never screw YOU over, lol)
