@joecapitano According to your info, this episode aired on my 15th birthday!
-
@Ccrazyfella Actually, it was a black screen. Luma key (black screen) is much more popular in TV than chroma key (green/blue screen); why, I don't know.
-
@Kjr0se The light boarders was a real physical object they had on a pedastal type thing, with a green screen in the frame. A camera would be in front with the audience superimposed on to the green sceen.

2 other things, was Jim Thornton the announcer on March 10th?
Also, In "commercial time" when Bob was talking to the audience, He called on me to ask a question. If I had the balls, I'd have asked him why he's blocking reruns to air and get the whole crowd going, but I settled for a Happy Birthday wish.

WOW, I was there 5 days before on March 10th 2004. I didn't get called down sadly but a neighbor did. Wish I could see it again, I taped it but alas, I lost it. It aired on March 24th 2004. I was on camera several times!

That's some pretty awesome stuff. Brings back memories of my trip to the show. How'd you get them to let you into the studio with a camera?
-
Remember, for copyright reasons, under NO circumstances cameras are to be used by contestants to photograph or film the show at anytime!

Behind Door #2 you can see the large door that leads to the hallway....where the prizes are brouhgt into the studio.

I, too, like the old version of the theme better. it sounded so...70's!

I totally agree with you. There was more color. Especially the old set for The "Million Dollar Spectaculars".
How the hell do you know all this?
