I thought the same thing. He was not a fan of Star Trek when he said Dr. Spock. He was a Commander in the movie. I so agree with you. It was great they did this for the soldiers. They don't have much to look forward to so with them showing up it allowed them to have a little fun and think of other things even if it was for a short amount of time.

my boyfriend was definitely in that audience and i was so jealous whenever he called me later and rubbed it in my face. "haha i got to see it before yooou did." i'm glad they get those experiences though. yay for star trek, it was AWESOME!
