@Oldenheimer1913 It's only slightly different from the line Duke says after finding DOOM guy in the Chapel on Death Row (Ch: 1 Lv: 3) in Duke3D. To begin with I thought it was the same line. "That's one DOOMed space marine." double reference.

Gearbox kinda confirmed Borderlands 2 after one of the interviews about how the first one quickly became so popular & that they wanted to expand the Borderlands universe

That would've been perfect, but I think they couldn't get the rights to do it from 2K. Or they didn't even try. As for a Borderlands Psycho underwater... doesn't really fit. They should've put it in one of the desert levels with the monster truck. I mean, that's basically 50% of the game world in Borderlands, just a huge-ass desert filled with a bunch of abandoned buildings and some infrequent plant life.
