3:20 - 3:35 Those sound effects are used in the computer animated film, Beyond the Mind's Eye, more specifically the segment/track, Transformers, in the very beginning in the factory, oddly enough.

On a different note, my dad has the gun the alien uses, though it only fires .22 caliber and it doesn't blow up buildings, sadly.
