this is one of those albums, that you listen to when the worlds a mess and so are you. also when you go for a walk in the dark of a cold night, when you feel so alienated and alone. when nobody can do anything to make you feel better. you just end up climbing on top of your roof and drink lukewarm beer and cry to yourself. i hate to sound melodramatic but anybody who has ever listened to this album knows what I'm talking about.

I wanted to say thanks for uploading these brilliant tracks from this achingly stunning debut. I feel like a fool for not hearing this when it was released (and I thought I was listening to the "good stuff" at the time, yikes) and for so many years after but since viewing awhile back I've tried to make up for lost time. As good as good gets, Lord where does the inspiration come from? "Hex" is simply amazing, it is unfathomable as a dream and just as slippery. Enchanting and entrancing. So deep.

This is fantastic, if you like this, there is a guitar version of The Loom on their compilation album Replay. This was a surprise to me as I thought it was going to be the same version as this one.

Just simply one of the most underrated, under-appreciated, and wonderful albums of all time.

Hex has an atmosphere so unique, every listen gives me goosebumps and I know i'll feel the same for a long long time. It's sad that people these days don't know or appreciate these guys, underrated as fuck.
