that is what i hate about america and americans. a day of tragedy brings a whole country together-good. but months later we are back to our old ways of every man for themselves. it should not take something like 9-11 to bring a country together. the nation should be strong and caring for each other already.

never forget also means that we don't forget how our country was before. but clearly we have already forgot.

the wife's angry speech was great. it's so true, this country (a major part of it) is obsessed with celebrity worship--wtf, those vapid, talentless aholes who put out sex tapes purposely to advance a 'career' of nothing, and then there are the real heroes of life, police, firefighters, emts, and more, who sit in contract disputes with the government over crap pay. My brother was head of crime scene unit for essex county, NJ for ten years, dealing w/the lowlifes of society, for crap pay. WTF.
