2010 Jaguar XJ Teaser

Jaguar offered a first glimpse of the new Jaguar XJ at the Shanghai Auto Show and will be revealed on July 9th in London. The all-new XJ is the first car to feature the next-generation of Jaguar's aerospace-inspired aluminium body architecture and features a panoramic glass roof. All of Jaguar's new ultra-efficient Gen III petrol and diesel engines will be available in the new XJ, including the already acclaimed V6 diesel and 510 bhp supercharged V8. The all-new XJ will go on sale at the end of 2009.

I see your point. I have seen pics of the new XJ and it's HOT as HELL, BUT in reality, it should be the new XF not XJ. It has some of the concept XF features that I wish they would have carried over into the production XF.

I think it's great that Jag is re-defining it's self but I just hope they don't over shoot and miss the mark...

keeping on that path would put them out of buisiness. Jag back in the 60s had the most modern designs and thats why the e-types etc where popular. If jag didnt try to spice things up, it would be gone by now.

and sumadoggie, i should know, my uncle works for the jaguar company, he helps other fellow people, fit the car parts, and make the cars itself.

so in my opinion i think jaguar is the best car industry going now.

becaause look at vauxhall there going bust, Well Rover Were At First Or Nissan, & MG Rover.

And There Was Land Rover Going Down The Pan, Until Jaguar Stepped In & Saved Them From Going Bust, So You Tell Me That Jags Aren't Dead.

if it wasn't for jaguar, Land Rover Would Have Been Nothing, Land Rover Would Have Gone Bust.

Land Rover Were Losing Money, And Cars, So Jaguar Brought It Over, Thats Why It's Called Jaguar/Land Rover.

So they are not dead, they are still Up & running.

Agree with mscimov. The old style at least had style. This new "style" looks like something out of a Ford dealership. I'll tell ya'll who does this type of style to perfection: Benz. Go look at the Benz CLS 63 AMG. That is the high water mark for a high end aero-styled-coupe. Jags are dead. Long live Jags.
