Olé, muy adecuada la música, bailamos flamenco todos los días encima de la barra, (cuando tenemos tiempo) entre corrida y corrida.
esa morcilla de cebolla , tiene buena pinta., Sabe mejor con unas alubias negras (rojas) cerca y poco de berza. PERO , es...CERDO y creo que este canal no debería ponerlo ;-) no vaya ser que a los musulmanes les empiece a gustar y la liemos parda.

Nice little segment on the Basque culinary tradition!. However, the background music is more "flemenco" style! Big time Faux Paus regarding the basques! it's like playing hard time time country music about a report on Boston! Do better research next time and forget about the typical spanish "ambiance" music if you aren't doing anything form Sevilla!
