so what I get from this video is "Africans should quit trying to change and better Africa's situation, we Americans(and Canadians) will keep giving you aid and it doesn't matter how ineffective it has proved to be.

@StephenHP62 The is no real world capitalism. The countries in the world are social-democracies. He is talking about the problems and unfairness of social-democracy (both left wing and right wing versions) and calling it capitalism. Its dishonest.
