Little Stuart - 2 weeks old, cute baby mouse

Little Stuart at two weeks old - eyes open, furry and all grown up. Not too much sense though - he really wants to cuddle up to the cat. He was hard to film for this - either he wanted to be cuddled up right beside me or with Butterfly the cat, got a lot of footage of him running towards us.

I am training Butterfly to behave around him but do not quite trust her yet. Cats are surprisingly trainable and therefore I am allowing her to be as involved as possible in his care. She spends countless hours hanging out with him in front of his tank. She knows that if she shows any hunterly behaviour I will repremand her, so she stays relaxed and interrested, but not too interrested. He has absolutely no fear of her, not very wise when you are a particularely tiny mouse :)
