Expanded World Map v2.0

Yesterday, I saw a guy in the Simple Questions thread at the PokéCommunity asking about expanding the World Map and I thought to myself, "hey, that's a pretty neat idea." So I set to work and I got this. A couple things to note:
- The towns' names all show up as they should, including the new region to the east (I used Kanto's names because they were just there and I was lazy (as if you couldn't tell from the graphics))
- The map can be expanded vertically as well but I didn't have any personal need for it
- You can expand the map a little farther than I did. The background that the map uses (BG2) is 512x512 pixels so you could have two full screens (240px) of world map if you wanted
- Currently, this does not support Zoom mode but that's next on my list of things to do
