@harmos123 I think he said there is a 35% chance of finding a Feebas in one of the Feebas squares, so I would think you fish for 3 or 4 wild pokemon per square.

This is the only video that demonstrates how to catch Feebas in D/P/Pt that is in good quality, as far as I've seen.
You should find at least one Feebas tile within two hours. Feebas is pure evil. It is the spawn of Satan >:) I've suffered from the torture of trying to catch a Feebas in both Pearl and Platinum. Believe me; again, Feebas is pure evil.
