It was also during this time that the Nubians began to free themselves from Egyptian rule and in the next century the Nubians would conquer Egypt and produced Egypt’s last truly great dynasty. This is where black Africa was during this time. Clearly they weren't 3000 years away from civilization...

Egypt had very little part to play in the building of Crete and you only have to look up the Minoans on the net to see their culture was more akin to the Mesopotamians than Egypt. The Illiad and Odyssey were far from the "first sign of European intelligence," but as long as he's asking the question... Where was black Africa in 850 BC? Almost 3,000 years away from being civilized, and even then from European contact. As different as Egypt was from Europe, the differences between Egypt and black Africa were far greater.

And the concept that not all of Africa is or was black is completely lost on them, by intent. Them taking credit for Egypt's civilization would be like a Russian taking credit for Chinese civilization because they're on the same land mass. Insanity. Be that as it may, Egypt was not the origin of Western civilization. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find two more different civilizations.

@MrMcGuire1000 I can understand them wanting to make a history for themselves post slavery but the craziness they are coming up with defies belief, they don't seem to understand how big Africa is, the closest west African country to Egypt was Nigeria which is 2500 miles across the Sahara, even Rome is only 1000 miles away! BTW Have you heard of Bobby Hemmitt??? If not do a YouTube search for "human artificial bobby hemmitt" and just listen to his ramblings, its quite entertaining.

They start off with claiming Egypt was predominantly black when it wasn't, then compound that infraction by making all kinds of wild claims about Egypt. They are not adverse to being (shall we say) economical with the truth either! have you seen his bullshit about DNA confirming Egyptian Negroid ancestry? Scientists have not been allowed to test any DNA from the mummies yet the only DNA we have tested are from the graves of the workers on Khufus pyramid, they showed Somalid/Berber ancestry and we don't actually know if they were from Egypt or not.
