Katie's Story

Katie was faced with a difficult choice when she found out she was pregnant as a 23 year-old university student. Katie knew she did not want to have an abortion, but she feared the reaction of her parents and church community if she kept her child. Katie tells of the acceptance and assistance she received from the community around her after she chose to keep her baby, and she shares the joy that not only she and those close to her have gained since she brought her child into the world.
