I think it was amazing... i love the song, the dance (even if it was posy) and I love Rachel in that dress! She looked so sexy!

It's really simple Alesha is jealous of another woman.This is a real shame as she is a fantastic dancer herself.. It was very clear by her constant downgrading of Ali during series 7. For posing may I refer you to Ricky Whittle.
