This was basically a test - to see how smooth the result would be and how long it takes to render, to try out different render settings to speed up the process, and to try out enhancing it in After Effects.
This is the house from my first ever youtube video, 6 months back (http://tinyurl.com/ytccht1), but since then I've updated it a lot.
Many places downstairs I completely started again. I "tore" out the kitchen cabinets, etc, and made new, more detailed components, and I worked on smoothing on things like the cooker. I made a TV, coffee tables, components for sofas, a dining table, components for chairs next to that I made a front door and a component for door handles. And upstairs I made beds, toilets, baths, showers and sinks, though they may need a bit of revision.
Many of these things aren't visible in this walkthrough, you can see glimpses of a table and chairs, a TV, sofa, coffee tables, and in the very distance some components of the kitchen.
You can see some better single-frame renders here: http://tinyurl.com/ytccht2 along with more frequent updates, more info, and some pleas for help.
@N3Dvizstudio Thanks! Your videos are very impressive too (especially the lamps)
