The Ashland High School Theatrical Society will stage a production of "The Laramie Project." The play is about the 1998 murder of Matthew Shepard, who was gay. Students will perform the play at the high school Friday and Saturday, Nov. 9 and 10, at 7 p.m., and Sunday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m.

  • I'm Marge Murray in this play coming out in April. My sister's Reggie Fluty. Our play is a whole lot diff. than you guys did yours.

  • the character Zackie Salmon moved from Texas to Laramie...hence the southern accent. not a wyoming accent.

  • I am offended that people think Wyoming natives have a southern accent! That is proposterous! Laramie was portrayed terribly in this whole play and subsequent movie...we don't need any further damage... Wyoming natives are not hicks!!
