Washington DOES NOT want to solve or reduce sex offenses. All we hear from lawmakers is, how bad these offenders are, how high their recidivism is, and they must be tracked till they die. The sex offender registry is MODERN-DAY SLAVERY. So.. don't be too proud of what you're doing. Mr. Walsh and Mr. Allen. History has a way of judging and it won't be kind because both of you are going to be on the WRONG SIDE OF IT.

Allen inappropriately paints all ex-offenders with the same wide brush as if they are all Sandusky. Timing markers 24:22 - 24:42 speaks about how the stigma of the public sex offender registry can cause long-term damage to the family. 12:34 - 12:43 talks about how a child is usually abused by someone they know so the sex offender listed on the public registry is not the danger.
