  • I lived in Denver for three years 1996-99 and I-25 was really congested and during rush hour, I stayed away from it. Other than that I miss being in Denver, seeing the mountains in your backyard and Downtown Denver was much cleaner than Downtown Cleveland which is now looking like Detroit's downtown due to lack of business. thanks for showing this video. this reminds me of where i used to live even better.

  • @civilhistoryfan1981 Your'e welcome. thanks for watching and commenting.

  • Great video. 25 sort of reminds me of the Central Expressway and 635 in Dallas

  • @assaultislove I can see how you make that comparison, the CE has 7 miles undergrade, this has maybe 4-5 at most but is mostly elevated.

  • @assaultislove kinda reminded me more of the I-17 PHOENIX or I-515 LAS VEGAS considering the sound walls or Sound Cell RWS.

  • Never seen any road with a 75 mph speed limit. wow.

  • @dori30833 75 is very common in the Southwest. States such as TX,NM,CO,UT, and AZ all have the 75 limits. there is 500=miles of I-10 in west Texas that is 80mph.

  • Good Job

  • Amazing, I use to live in Colorado and take !-25 to Castle Rock all the time.

  • Man I gotta tell ya all these videos of your I've been watching really makes me wanna go out to colorado lol

  • i basically drive from the mousetrap to county line rd everyday ( which is the next exit after c 470 in the video) and the ride goes by pretty quick but at rush this stretch can be a nightmare and it is very common to see the traffic backed up from 470 all the way to 84 th ave with some breaks for a half mile in between, the traffic on i25 can get pretty backed up even on the weekends especially in Thornton and Northglenn (northern suburbs) i still love Denver very beautiful for a city this big!

  • Great video ScrewdUPClickV2! Subscribed.

  • so is Topeka or KC too far to be a control city in the Denver area?

  • there seems to be a lot of arched pedestrian overpasses
