I bet Joe Raposo would've liked this remix.

This is my first favorite on my new channel. Grover totally looks like he's saying that.

Your drawing resembles the boxart for Sesame Street Old School Volume 1 on DVD.

I'm not usually a fan of remixes, but this is not half bad!

Actually, Jbrang, this is a sugestion, but if your planning on doing a 50 S.S. pic on deviantART, can you make it the same as your 40th, calling it "Our Famous Street Turns 50, & Everyone's Celebrating!"? I have a sketch of it I'm working on & have a writen character list, but they look like real humans, including the animal characters. Sound like a good idea or not? Please tell me.

well take out herry & replace him with Kermit and you have the original 7
Aren't you also JonnyBCartoonMan on deviantART? Wait, what am I saying, of course you are! My favorite pic you did is "Forty Furry Years of Sesame St". Great job. I only would've liked to see Hoots instead of Simon Soundman.

Thank you kindly ;)
Actually, in the process of making my SS 40th piece, I had to make a checklist of characters. I had to make I had exactly forty not to mention they would all fit together, like a collage if you will. And some characters eventually got replaced with others. For example, I had a few newer characters like Baby Bear, Murray Monster, and Ovejita, to even out the classic and present SS ratio.
I don't think I considered Hoots though, and, for the record, I do apologize.

Did you make your own drum loops, or did you use the ones that came with GarageBand? Peace.

I used both stock drum and tambourine loops from GarageBand.

It's like a whacked-out version of the Old School Vol. 1 DVD cover.

XD Yeah, pretty much. I tried to make this caricature of the SS Muppets resemble that of Jim Henson's original designs, and mixed it with my own curvy cartoonish drawing style. It ended up looking like something Al Hirschfeld would draw. LOL
