Metroid Prime 3: Corruption 100% Walkthrough Part 91 - Boss Battle Pirate Commander

Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid Prime 3: Corruption for Wii on Hyper Mode (aka Hard Mode). I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, logbook completion, and Credits/Friend Vouchers.

I find the final Lore scan in the game, and fight the Pirate Commander. I kill him and his allies easily with Hypermode, and I am then able to head on forward to the Seed.

Yep. Once it's destroyed, it's he's pretty much done.

@alandottie nope just go back after unlocking landing site. Worst case is you have to go through all Transits again

The reason for that is Hyper Mode = Gamecube's Hard Mode. And I have a Hard Mode walkthrough of both Prime 1 and Prime 2.

I love how you just aimed for him the whole time and killed him first. Some super commander he is.
