This is video of Windows XP Pro SP3 in VMWare off an iSCSI Target using gPXE and a DHCP server which feeds gPXE the root path of the iSCSI Target. This is done over bridged 802.11n. Documentation is located to http://etherboot.org/ on how to do so.
