The E30 is much better build quality than new BMWs. I would put in the Signature Motoring performance intake kit for only around $150 and gain around 9.5HP on the stock output for the 325/M3 and a bit less for the 318. I highly recommend this item, see my youtube channel for the action video on it.

I don't have a usable video of the installation. However, installing the bushing is simple. You reconfigure the tool, then install the bushing by screwing the long-nut similar to removal.
