Is Singed a hard to champion to master? Or does he have a fairly low skillcap?

@214sobrien There is no skillcap on Singed as he's got no skill shot. However to play him well, you got to know your opponents' champions. You need to know how to dodge all your opponents skill shots and when you can engage a team fight or not. The strength of Singed is that he'll completely anihilate champions that rely on skill shots. I guess it depends what you call skills. If map awareness, fights engage and pushing power are skills then his skillcap is definitely high.

some armor speed and ap is the best i survived from a 3v1 gank and go my triple kill just with poison trail singed is the best
