everything is drawn with pen in wow drawings...i've drawn that way a long time ago, it didnt really prove very productive since shading with pen indeed is hard....especially for an amateur...

Well, I used to use 5b soft ones, but recently switched to Seholine Professional Drawing HB....

I love them! I also adore drawing with a pen. Although, when I draw something serious, it is either graphics with a pencil or a painting I have a few WoW drawings myself, spread among a few videos. If you want, check them out!
