Getting Started- Brush Settings and Blending in Photoshop

How did you fill up the marquee with the green colour @ 10:10?

@DoreoC I use Alt+Backspace and Ctrl+Backspace to fill with foreground or background colour respectively.

@Sycra how come you don't turn on the flow jitter? For me it's the other way around, no opacity jitter and flow jitter 0% with pen pressure.

Does anyone know how I would enable pen pressure for my tablet in Photoshop Elements 9? Infact, in any program? When I try to use my tablet both at home or at school it doesn't allow pen pressure no matter what program. Elements 9 setup would be most helpful, since that is what I use.
