I wouldn't call this a Jailbreak to be honest. You can freely replace the boot logo before loading the firmware. All you have to do is open up the ipsw, find the logo and replace it. I assume you also used the Shift-restore method too.

u can do that, u put it in dfu mode and hold shift and press restore and chose the 3.0 firmware

i know how you can kinda jailbreak the 3.0 with 2.2.1! you can get icy and bluetooth from cydia. the search function... idk
