Week 15 update- lost 3 lbs for a total of 73 lbs lost.
Happy Birthday to my Dad! *I have photos on my front page.
Today I went and did a 5K ......they ran....I walked :-) took me 1 hr 6 min....but I don't mind. I got 7,413 steps for it. I actually did alittle more than the 5K, I did 3.8 miles.
