Vivian Nunez, Special Assistant to First Lady of the Dominican Republic, Dr. Margarita Cedeno de Fernandez, presents the Community Technology Center (CTC) model for ensuring each citizen has access to information, knowledge, and an encyclopedia, thanks to technology. The presentation was made in the presence of the First Lady, during the visit of Wikipedia Founder Jimmy Wales to the Dominican Republic on 27 July 2011.
