  • Hi Pete, sometimes I replay your video and this is one of my favourite!!! :)

  • @Banjer

    Thanks Davide!

  • Outstanding! That is my next project tune and of my favorite tunes.

  • Many thanks!

  • Right before you begin, you say "Mississippi Sawyer...Bongiorno David" Is that another name for the tune that I didn't know? (To go along with MS, "Cat in a Pear Tree" and "Downfall of Paris.")

  • No, it`s a greeting to a fellow banjo player and YouTuber in Italy. Check out "Banjer". He`s amazing.

  • Thanks once more for the kind words. Before posting my response I`d just listened to and commented on your "Carolina Traveller", then read the above.

I just realized I`d been doing another thing "backwards" for years. I`ve got my third string wrapped around the LEFT side of the peg so I can crank both in the same direction on Home Sweet Home.

    Keep up the great stuff!

  • You sir are an entertainer! Love your videos!

  • Ops...3 finger style and not 4!! sorry It was late for me..ahah!!! I was fallin' asleep!

  • Thanks, Davide. It`s a 1922 Vega "Whyte Laydie".
