"Fascinating, then, to learn that its director general, Mark Thompson, has recently returned from Jerusalem, where he held a face-to-face meeting with the hardine Prime Minister Ariel Sharon.

Although the diplomatic visit was not publicised on these shores, it has been seized upon in Israel as evidence that Thompson, who took office in 2004, intends to build bridges with the country's political class.

@Truthz1000 It is not a matter that they are Jewish, it is the principle that such public and state institutions are dominated so much by one particular group. The same is true of television drama, music and film throughout the English speaking world which is what I see. I cannot blame any indvidual for taking advantage of such circumstances but where is the larger accountability and justification to the government itself? who know full well what the situation is.

@planetrockford I totally agree with your main point that the BBC is mainly a Jewish medium. I rarely watch the TV as it seems to be more a commercial medium with baised news reporting etc. Hollywood too is mainly jewish run.I have noticed that in many/films/movies dramas etc the non-jewish guy is protraited as the bad guy.

@Truthz1000 I have a Jewish name too but am agnostic after being baptised and brought up as a Methodist. I do see what you are saying though but what I said applies to the BBC in particular, I still think my point is valid. Watch the news sometime on the BBC or Sky who are just as gulity or any American network and look at the names of the reporters, presenters, senior production staff. Their surnames have been Anglicized often but not always. It is they who promoting are multi-culturalism here.

@planetrockford I agree I think the BBC is basically run by Anti-Gentile Jewish people, but do not agree that you can go by first names. I am not jewish and my name is Simon( though it is a jewish name) maybe I should change my name.

The BBC is run by the Jews. Pick any news, current affairs programme and record the closing titles. I guarantee the editors, producers etc are named Sarah, Johnathan, Rebecca, Simon etc, etc. I am not racist but their recruitement policy is obviously favouring that group.

Yes, only it started long before Gaza , take the Toni Blair on Iraq. Where and what was the BBC stand on that issue? and why? did they not have journalist on the ground to send them reports? Shame on you BBC is to mild, I think they should be boycotted like south Africa in the 70s
