  • The glasses are part of the persona. Some impersonators use them because they're very nervous and don't want to look people in the eye ... others wear them to cover a blemish on the face or even the wrong eye color. When I was performing on a regular basis, I would wear them for the first song and take them off -- unless the show was outside and it was sunny. I preferred not to fall. :)

    @glendfenderman - I agree about the solo!!

  • Shades or no shades....darn great job!!! So many Elvis impersonators today are no good...we are losing out on what Elvis really sounded like and looked like.

  • why do tribute artist wear the damn shades...tis dude loks eough like hm not to wear them....Elvis never wore shades on stage

  • I saw Rick in 1980 in Edmonton. I now know him personally. Great talent, great tribute. I only wish you were still doing it.

  • If you have Rick singing You Gave Me a Mountain and An American Trilogy, could you please upload those too?

  • Good job! And that was a hot guitar solo!
